Job Scope:
- Attend to walk-in customers and assist with enquiries
- Recommend suitable sarees, outfits, jewellery, and gift sets to customers
- Assist customers with sizing, styling, and matching of outfits
- Handle cashiering duties and payment collection
- Pack purchases, gift boxes, and online orders neatly
- Arrange and replenish stock on display shelves and racks
- Ensure the boutique is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Steam, fold, and prepare clothing items before display or collection
- Reply to simple customer enquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram
- Assist during Instagram Live sales and promotional campaigns
- Take simple photos and videos for social media content if required
- Help with stock checking and inventory organisation
- Assist during festive periods, pop-up events, and special promotions
- Support opening and closing of the shop
Ideal candidate:
- Friendly and customer-oriented
- Interested in fashion, sarees, and styling
- Comfortable speaking to customers
- Basic social media knowledge is a plus
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
- Able to work weekends and festive periods when needed
