• Maintain full sets of accounts for fund entities, including preparation and posting of journals, accruals, and reconciliations with accounting standards.
• Prepare periodic Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations, ensuring accurate valuation of both liquid and illiquid investments across diversified portfolios.
• Record and reconcile all investment-related transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, income, and distributions across multiple asset classes.
• Perform portfolio valuation in line with established policies, applying appropriate fair value methodologies for private and hard-to-value investments.

• Support portfolio performance reporting by providing analysis and key metrics such as IRR, MOIC, and overall fund performance.

• Liaise with external auditors by preparing audit schedules, supporting documentation, and responding to audit queries to ensure smooth audit completion.
• Ensure compliance with fund structures, governing agreements, and regulatory requirements, and support tax reporting in coordination with external advisors.
• Manage accounting across multiple entities, including funds, SPVs, and holding structures, and support consolidation where required.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, enhance accounting workflows, and support implementation of systems and internal controls to improve efficiency and data integrity.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CA)
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in fund accounting, asset management, or a family office environment, with exposure to multi-asset portfolios and investment structures.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail, able to handle complex data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• High level of integrity and discretion, with the ability to manage confidential information and operate in a trust-based, private environment.

Responsibilities

Investment Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare monthly portfolio performance reports, including analysis of portfolio returns, risk metrics, and benchmark comparisons.
• Track and review the performance of existing portfolio holdings and provide insights on trends and investment outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze investment performance metrics to evaluate investment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate and present investment operations reports including performance reports, risk reports, and compliance reports.

Fund Accounting & Portfolio Operations

• Oversee fund accounting and administration processes, including NAV preparation.
• Perform reconciliation of cash balances and portfolio positions with custodian statements.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of portfolio data across reporting systems.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvements across investment operations and reporting workflows.

Technology & Systems Ownership

• Assist in preparing investor reports, investment committee materials, and board presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment operations, fund accounting, or investment reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and investment operations, with familiarity across asset classes including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and produce meaningful insights.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability with experience identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing improvements.

Investment Analyst - Single Family Office

We are a fast-growing private fund managing multi-asset investments in both public and private markets.

Responsibilities include:

• Update and maintain portfolio analytics database.
• Assist in preparing monthly performance reports of the portfolio and Investor packs.
• Implementation of BLOOMBERG PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT system (training will be provided).
• Track and review performance of existing holdings and presenting findings to senior management.
• Portfolio management: Monitoring the investment portfolios on a regular basis, tracking performance against benchmarks, and making adjustments to ensure alignment with investment objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis on investment opportunities across various asset classes including equities, fixed income, private equity, and private debt.
• Assist in preparing investment decks and recommendations for investment committee and board approvals.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in the desired field.
