We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts. You will be required to bridge the gap between interior design firms and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Drive sales by converting high-intent leads into signed contracts for premium modular cabinetry and wardrobe solutions.
Consultative Selling: Educate homeowners and Interior Designers on the technical advantages of modular fabrication (e.g., PUR edge banding, wardrobe lifters, and specialized hardware).
Strategic Partnerships: Maintain and grow our collaboration with key partners, including designers and smart home providers.
Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to final measurement and handover.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the Interior Design, Furniture, or Luxury Building Materials sector.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Singapore renovation landscape and an understanding of carpentry works.
Communication: Excellent command of English and Mandarin (to coordinate effectively with our overseas fabrication teams in China).
Mindset: A "hunter" mentality with a polished, professional demeanor suitable for high-net-worth clients.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced "no-showroom" environment where digital presence and technical superiority are our primary tools.
