Role Summary

This is a build-it role with a leading global operator of high-density compute and data centre infrastructure. You'll be a key technical voice in a Performance Assurance team responsible for keeping mission-critical sites running at peak reliability across our international portfolio. You'll travel across APAC and global locations (~50% of the time), see the equipment in real operating conditions, and turn what you measure into decisions that protect tens of millions of dollars of mission-critical assets.

Responsibilities

• Own the power quality and asset reliability monitoring program for global data centre and critical power systems, supporting Tier III/IV-class availability
• Travel to sites to install, commission, and run long-term and ad-hoc monitoring using professional-grade analysers (Fluke, Dranetz, Hioki, PQube, Schneider ION, or equivalent) — capturing voltage, frequency, harmonics, three-phase imbalance, flicker, and voltage dip/swell data
• Turn raw data into operational decisions using Python, MATLAB, or advanced Excel — running 95th-percentile evaluations, exceedance analysis, event waveform reviews, and trend reports aligned with IEC 61000 and related international standards
• Hunt down disturbance sources — non-linear loads, UPS systems, energy storage PCS inverters — and propose mitigation (active/passive filters, reactive power compensation, design changes)
• Lead pre-connection power quality reviews for battery energy storage system (BESS) integration projects — on-site testing and verification of harmonics, fluctuations, and fault ride-through against IEC 61000, IEEE 519, and EN 50160
• Be the in-house technical authority on power quality and asset reliability — running internal training, briefing operations and project teams, and tracking how international standards are evolving

Requirements

• 5–10 years of hands-on engineering experience in mission-critical industrial environments
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, High Voltage, or related discipline.
• Solid grounding in HV/LV electrical systems — switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, ATS, motors, VSDs, protection systems.
• Comfortable with — or willing to deepen — your hands-on use of professional power quality analysers (Fluke 435/1760/174 or equivalent). Even if your current role doesn't have you running them daily, you understand the measurement principles and want to grow this specialism
• Familiarity with IEC 61000-4-30, IEEE 519, EN 50160 or equivalent international PQ standards.
• Data-fluent. Python or MATLAB or advanced Excel skills
• Open to ~50% travel.
• Bonus points for any direct experience with BESS integration, harmonic mitigation projects, PCS inverter analysis, "PV + storage" optimisation, UPS/storage backup integration, or Tier III/IV data centre commissioning

ROLE SUMMARY

Senior Manager or Associate Director, Site Selection Strategy work directly with the executive team to identify and unlock new markets for hyperscale data centre development.

This role sits at the intersection of data-driven market intelligence, commercial deal-making, and strategic stakeholder engagement. Will be the engine behind sub-market assessment process and a key contributor to capital deployment decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and own the organization's site selection strategy and sub-market prioritization framework across multiple markets inAPAC and EMEA, from greenfield identification through to executive approval and site execution.
• Lead market entry into new regions — conduct market screening, assess infrastructure readiness, engage government bodies and utility providers, and build commercial cases from first principles.
• Build and present metro-level investment cases directly to the Executive team and Board, securing capital deployment approvals for new greenfield market entries.
• Design and maintain geospatial evaluation models using GIS platforms (e.g. ArcGIS or equivalent) covering power availability, infrastructure access, land acquisition risk, and regulatory environment across target markets.
• Lead and support engagement with government agencies, utility providers, and landowners to advance market entry objectives, including structuring engagements around tax incentives, regulatory approvals, and economic development frameworks.
• Manage a large-scale active pipeline across multiple sub-markets, tracking status and ensuring portfolio options remain ahead of customer requirements.
• Drive alignment across commercial, customer success, energy, masterplanning, and site selection teams to translate market strategiesinto executable site programmes within Ready-For-Service (RFS) timelines.
• Integrate sustainability, ESG, and community value metrics into the market assessment process, ensuring new entries meet evolving customer and regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in market strategy, site selection, or portfolio development within the data centre, digital infrastructure, or real estate sectors.
• Proven track record managing large-scale sub-market pipelines across APAC and/or EMEA, and presenting investment cases to senior leadership or Board level stakeholders.
• Strong geospatial and analytical skills — proficiency in GIS platforms, business intelligence tools, and data analysis languages (SQL, Python or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience engaging government bodies, utility providers, and landowners across diverse regulatory environments in Asia Pacific and/or EMEA.
• Exposure to commercial negotiations, lease evaluations, and LOI/SPA processes for greenfield and built infrastructure.

• BIM Lead to join an established M&E contractor supporting data centre and mission-critical infrastructure projects across Singapore.
• This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role.

Role Summary
A site-based delivery role. The Electrical PM owns the electrical works package on a live construction or infrastructure project — from execution kick-off through to T&C handover. This means leading a team of supervisors, workers, and sub-contractors directly, and representing the electrical package in all dealings with the main contractor and consultants.
