Responsibilities
• Provide on-site and/or remote technical assistance to end-users, diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical PC and Network related problems.
• Deployment, maintenance, installation, upgrading and support of client computer systems (Hardware, Software, Operating System, Network, Antivirus, Backup, Recovery, etc.)
• Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with excellent customer service, offering solutions to meet clients’ needs
• Practical hands-on experience in Network Devices, Firewall, VPN and Wireless technology.
• Administration in Windows Servers and O365 exchange email
• Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies
• Sourcing of equipment needs and documentation of IT Asset and tracking
• Setup of Mobile devices – Android and IOS
• Setting up and administration of video-conferencing
• Assist in IT project coordination, monitoring and issues follow up
Qualifications
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma in IT
• Min. 3 years of working experience in related field
• A good understanding of business application and end-user support
• Able to read and write Mandarin to handle enquiry for EnGro Group and Joint venture in China
• Able to travel when required in Singapore and Malaysia
• Able to work independently
