The Corporate Secretarial Associate/Senior Associate assists in handling a portfolio of locally incorporated companies and offshore companies (may include public listed companies) and ensures that all company secretarial matters of clients are handled.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Assist in providing company secretarial services to a range of clients;
•  Handle full set of company secretarial documents;
•  Communicate with clients independently;
•  Oversee issuing of invoices and following up on payments;
• Incorporation of local companies as and when requested by clients;
•  Prepare and arrange statutory forms for filing;
•  General filing of documents and statutory books;
•  Update and maintain records/information in ViewPoint;
•  Ensure filing deadlines are met;
•  Completes time sheets in an accurate and timely manner;
•  Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

•  Minimum Degree / Diploma holder and starting ICSA qualification;
•  Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience gained in professional firm/CPA firm/law firm;
•  Good computer skills and familiar with Viewpoint system as an advantage;
•  Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy;
•  Independent and able to work under pressure.

Job Summary

Support and deliver client accounting and tax services by improving service quality, timelines, and efficiency within TMFGroup’s Client Accounting team, ensuring compliance and providing backup support for accounting and tax tasks.

Responsibilities

• Improve service timelines, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency in Client Accounting and Tax Services to meet client expectations
• Support the Client Accounting team in delivering accurate and timely services to TMFGroup clients
• Deliver services following established processes, TMF policies, and Internal Control requirements to ensure compliance
• Participate in structured training and on-the-job coaching to meet and exceed service standards
• Perform backup duties for Client Accounting and Tax Services tasks to maintain service continuity
• Liaise effectively with auditors and tax agents to facilitate accounting and tax processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy or Business with recognized accounting-related qualifications
• Experience working in outsourced accounting services
• Knowledge of international and local accounting practices
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
