ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who enjoys both designing meaningful learning experiences and bringing them to life on the ground.
As a Programmes Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering TGCEG’s educational programmes, from developing curriculum materials to coordinating events and facilitating sessions with students from diverse backgrounds.
You will also have opportunities to support programmes regionally, gaining exposure to international education environments and cross-cultural collaboration.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Design and develop engaging lesson materials and programme content across TGCEG’s core offerings
- Facilitate and deliver sessions, workshops, and camps for students
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end execution of programmes, ensuring smooth on-site delivery
- Liaise with schools, partners, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Support operational logistics including venue coordination, scheduling, and resource planning
- Train and support freelance trainers to ensure consistent programme quality
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Degree holder (any relevant field)
- 1+ year experience in teaching, training, or event/programme management
- (Fresh grads with relevant experience are welcome)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
