Role Overview
●We are seeking a detail-oriented Head of Marketing Communications to oversee TXV's marketing processes, systems, and performance measurement.
●Reporting to the VP of Marcomms and Experience, you will be responsible for establishing operational excellence across all marketing activities, implementing technology solutions, and providing data-driven insights that enhance marketing effectiveness.
●This role is crucial to scaling TXV's marketing capabilities whilst ensuring efficient resource allocation and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Process Management
●Establish and optimise marketing processes, workflows and standard operating procedures across all marketing activities.
●Maintain project management frameworks to ensure efficient campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration.
●Maintain marketing calendar management systems to coordinate campaigns, events, and content delivery.
●Assess, evaluate and manage agency retainers on marketing, creative and PR operations.
Marketing Technology & Systems
●Ensure implementation and management of marketing technology stack including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and content management systems.
●Integrate marketing systems with sales and business development platforms to enable seamless lead management and customer journey tracking.
●Manage marketing data architecture to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance with data protection requirements.
●Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to enhance operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
Public Relations & Media Relations
•Develop and execute proactive PR and media relations strategies to build corporate, product and event visibility across trade, national and policy press.
•Build and maintain media lists, cultivate journalist and analyst relationships, and secure placements, interviews and speaking opportunities.
•Lead crisis communications planning and execution; prepare spokespeople and media materials; manage rapid-response comms.
•Track media coverage, sentiment and share of voice against competitors and goals.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
●Develop comprehensive marketing analytics frameworks to measure campaign performance, ROI, and stakeholder engagement.
●Create regular reporting dashboards for marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
●Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for marketing optimisation.
●Establish attribution models to track marketing contribution to business development and revenue objectives.
Budget Management & Resource Allocation
●Manage marketing budgets across campaigns, events, digital platforms, and external vendor relationships.
●Develop budget planning and forecasting processes to support strategic marketing investments.
●Track marketing spends and ROI to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost management.
●Negotiate and manage contracts with external agencies, vendors, and technology providers.
●Manage a team of marketing managers, freelancers and contract staff to deliver on set deliverables.
Required Qualifications & Experience
●Diploma or degree in marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
●At least 8 years of experience in a Marketing agency, with experience in CRM system management and management of agency retainers.
●Managed a team in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
●Show keen interest in marketing operations, business operations, or related analytical roles.
●Keen interest in marketing technology platforms including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
●Understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign management preferred.
