Sales Development Representative – Financial Services(Remote, Full-Time)
About the Role
Our financial services team is expandingand we're on the lookout for a tenacious Sales Development Representative tofuel our growth pipeline. You'll play a key role in identifying and engagingprospective clients, setting the stage for our advisors to deliver exceptionalfinancial solutions.
Your Day-to-Day
· Prospect and engage potentialclients through structured outbound calling
· Book confirmed appointments forour team of financial consultants
· Re-engage prospects throughconsistent and timely follow-ups
· Deliver against clearly defineddaily and monthly performance KPIs
· Maintain detailed and organisedrecords across our CRM platform
· Participate actively in teamtraining and development sessions
What We're Looking For
· Minimum GCE 'O' Level educationor equivalent
· Minimum 1 year in a sales,business development, or customer engagement role
· Persuasive communicator with anatural ability to build rapport quickly
· Driven, goal-focused, andresilient under pressure
· Strong self-discipline andability to thrive in a remote work environment
· Must be legally eligible towork in Singapore
· Minimum 6-month commitmentrequired
Remuneration Package
· Base salary: $2,300/month
· Monthly performance bonus: upto $700
· Total potential earnings: up to$3,000/month
· Performance-based salaryprogression
Work Arrangement
· 100% work from home
· Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM(1-hour lunch break)
· Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
· 5.5-day work week
· Probation period: 2 months
· Minimum commitment: 6 months
