Syma Mart Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth, customer acquisition, and brand development. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and executing marketing initiatives to increase revenue and market presence.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients.
- Manage social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate marketing events, product launches, and customer engagement programs.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales and marketing reports.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records using company systems.
- Support the management team in developing business growth and brand awareness initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, retail, or customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
