Job description:

• Develop account strategies to meet sales growth & profitability targets.

• Develop new business through hunting, network etc. to create new customer or expand existing customer by offering more width and deep of product range such as a one stop service chain.

• Advise, propose and recommend effective solutions for the product; meeting customers’ needs & requirements.

• Actively participate in proposal preparation and presentation; pricing analysis and contract negotiation to ensure successful and profitable completion of projects.

• Understand purchasing trend of assigned customer to provide forecast for plant to allocate resources in planning as well as yearly budgeting.

• Gather customers’ insight and market intelligence to assist business teams to win projects; countering competitors’ strategies.

• Provide quality after-sales service; including but not limited to technical problem advisory.

• Provide value- add service to customers through the proposal of alternatives, cost savings and any other information required.

• Ensure meeting billing and booking revenue on a yearly and monthly basis of assigned customer; anticipate sales movement for any short fall in revenue and proactively drive for billing/booking before close of month/year.

• Responsible for receivables collection to improve cash flow of company through follow up with customer for overdue payment. 

• Any other duties assigned by superior and / or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering.

• Technical Qualification in Precision Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years in similar capacity in the same industry.

• Market intelligence in similar industry. Sales & marketing strategies. Strong technical understanding in Metal Stamping, Tool Making, Machining processes and costing.

Job Description:

• Provide full spectrum of HR functional support – operational and as well as strategically to meet the objectives of the company.
• Supervise the HR team in delivering & administering the full range of HR services.
• Ensure payroll, claims, CPF and levies are processed and paid on time.
• Ensure compliance to Employment Act, government regulatory requirements and company rules & policies.
• Review all manpower requests, for replacement or new headcount, temporary or permanent.
• Ensure manpower requests are promptly attended to by arranging for advertisement, shortlisting and interviewing the candidates to ensure ‘person-job’ & ‘person-culture’ fit.
• Identify training, development, corporate needs and facilitate delivery & recommend suitable courses to fill the gaps and meeting the needs.
• Facilitate staff performance appraisal & promotion exercise yearly -collation of assessment ratings, consolidate and moderate ratings for final approval.
• Facilitate employee communication meeting and manage staff recognition program
• Handle, coach, advise, guide and assist the line departments on staff discipline, grievances, etc. and reaching resolutions.
• Continuous reviewing of policies, process, compensation and benefits.
• Meet regularly with union officer to establish close tripartite relations for a harmonious employee-employer relation.
• Drive HR related cost savings projects.
• Counsel, coach, advice and talk to the employees on any HR related matters.
• Other administrative duties like despatching of incoming mails and security & safety in the office. 
• Any other duties assigned by superior.
  
• Requirements:
• Degree in any Discipline
• Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management. 
• Minimum 10 years in similar capacity in a manufacturing environment.
