As we expand, we are looking for a driven and purpose led Sales Executive who believes in sustainability and is excited to create real impact.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving adoption of our sustainable packaging solutions across industries such as logistics, warehousing, construction and marine.

This role requires someone who knows how to identify the right decision makers within organizations, build strong relationships, and communicate value effectively, especially to stakeholders who care about ESG and environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target companies that can benefit from sustainable packaging solutions
• Prospect and engage key decision-makers (e.g. Operations Managers, Procurement Heads, Sustainability Leads)
• Understand client pain points and position our solutions effectively
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on sustainability trends and industry developments

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B sales (logistics, packaging, or industrial sectors preferred)
• Strong ability to identify and reach decision-makers within organizations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, resourceful, and results-oriented
• Passion or genuine interest in sustainability and environmental impact
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience selling eco friendly or ESG related solutions
• Existing network in logistics, warehousing, or construction industries
• Understanding of supply chain operations

Job Description

Lead a team of warehouse personal including training and guiding both warehouse personnel and Admin Assistants in the day-to-day operations of receiving, storage, handling, issuing, packing and shipping and ensure that the functions are carried out timely, accurately and efficiently.

• Participate in daily meetings with the team and manufacturing colleagues to resolve support issues related to build plans

• Plan and make the best use of all resources available, including manpower and space.

• Set warehouse policies and procedures, check and ensure that warehouse employees follow the policies and safety regulations.

• Provide appropriate training to all warehouse personnel to ensure that the team members can carry out their functions in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. This includes training for the various store functions and SAP training for performing data entry in the system

• Responsible for carrying process studies, implementation of systems and executing them for constant work improvements

• Ensure proper handling of controlled materials e.g materials with shelf life or requiring special storage conditions

• Ensure stock count accuracy by carrying out regular weekly/monthly cycle count and reconciliation

• Carry out inventory stock taking management and ensure the accuracy of inventory stocks

• Perform Annual Physical Inventory exercise and ensure acceptable levels of parts and absolute dollar value accuracy

• Ensure proper disposal of scrap materials

• Lead activities to ensure compliance to trade regulations, customs regulations and ISO

• Perform Risk Assessment and take actions to ensure a safe working environment

• Utilize Six Sigma techniques to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement in performance and customer/employee satisfaction

• Lead in special projects and key initiatives identified from time to time

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience with at least 2 years’ experience in managing a team in a dynamic and preferably in instrumental, electronics, or precision manufacturing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems and SAP

• Knowledge in Dangerous Goods Regulations would be an advantage

• Ability to prioritize and work proactively and independently

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and warehouse layout design.

• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast paced and challenging environment

• Ability to work under pressure and a hands-on person.

• People management skills, including the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team of Material Handlers, delegate work and explain ideas.
