User Requirements Gathering:

Responsibilities:

• To deliver quality finance and accounting services to our clients
• Work in a small team to deliver professional services to meet contractual obligations
• Manage customer relationship and expectations
• Liaise with internal/external auditors
• Month-end/quarterly/year-end closing
• Statutory reporting (GST quarterly submission etc.)
• Other ad-hoc duties

Period:

• 2 year contract (renewable)

Location:

• Ang Mo Kio

Working hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8.30 am - 6pm  

Salary:

• $3,000 - $3,800

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting
• Work experience in shared service / public sector experience will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in excel, Microsoft 365, WORKDAY system knowledge.
• Good understanding of FRS and SB FRS.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Must uphold strong code of work ethics, in particular confidentiality of information.
• Must be able to review and respond to changes in client’s requirements.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage admin & welfare programmes, contractors/partners, customers and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with contractors/partners to ensure admin & welfare programmes meet SLAs/KPIs.
• Conduct regular reviews of work processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.
• Answer all enquiries related to admin & welfare programmes.
• Manage procurement (purchase requests/orders) and monitor payment status
• Investigate and resolve customer feedback and complaints.
• Prepare regular reports on programme performance.
• Perform any other duties as requested for the management of admin & welfare programmes.

Period:

• 2 years contract (with chance of extension or conversion to perm based on performance and headcount needs)

• Mon – Fri: 8am - 5.30pm

Salary:

•  Up to $3,500 + PB + Annual Increment
   
   

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder in any discipline

• IT proficiency, especially with MS Office (advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral/written)

• Pleasant and positive working attitude

• Proactive and self-motivated team player

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
