Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in product management, business requirements gathering, architecture design, and implementation of large-scale enterprise applications.
• Develop and execute the business development strategy for manpower outsourcing, IT staff augmentation, and professional resource deployment.
• Architect and Automated solutions using integration patterns.
• Build strong pipelines through networking, referrals, partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
• Drive revenue growth in line with quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their workforce needs and designing tailored resource augmentation solutions.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships with client organizations.
• Develop project budgets and create proposals
• Strong network within enterprise clients, especially in IT, BFSI, and technology-driven sectors.
• Experience in APAC markets, with knowledge of policies and outsourcing regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical leadership across enterprise-scale Automatopm project Plan.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Automation platforms
• Minimum 15+ years experience in solution leading and mentoring high-performing Automation global teams.
• Travel approximately 75% of the time to engage with clients

1. Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
2. Work with product managers to define product features and functional requirements by interpreting local regulations
3. Investigates facts and reviews problems during the design and planning phases, displaying an understanding of products and their functionality
4. Implement best practices for software development and ensure adherence to company standards.
5. Coding skills on Python, SQL & Linux together with expertise in public Cloud based platform deployment for SaaS Products.
6. Streamline and maintain infrastructure for product and platform deployment
7. Continuously improve security, reliability, and cost-efficiency across the platform through automation and best practices.
8. Manage YAML configurations for various deployment processes.
9. In-depth knowledge of Azure networking, including VNet, Subnet, ExpressRoute, and VPN configurations.
10. High understanding of cloud infrastructure designs, patterns, and best practices
11. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management.
12. DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar
13. Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
14. Apache Spark and big data processing
15. Real-time data integration using Apache Kafka
