Purpose of the Job

- Collect intelligence specific to customers’ production strategy/planning to assist sales with business alignment.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Interface with customers on business issues including; Production planning, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, Information Systems and Customer Service on issue resolution.
- Maintain data within SAP for customer forecast, pricing and forecast device / global code creations.

- Excess material disposition and tracking.
- Billing issue resolution including Aging invoices Engineering and Qual lot/PIF, STR billings.
- Monthly reviews: Monthly revenue performance vs. Quarterly forecast (all customers) Improvement plan to drive forecast accuracy (all customers)6 months forecast vs. actual (waterfall chart) and Customer Service Indices (Quality, Service, Planning, OSD and Cycle time) performance by factories for top tier customers. Customer QBR Update (if any)

- Ensure immediate system pricing updates via Quote System.
- Customer reporting and inquiry management.
- Coordinate and Prepare Quarterly Customer QBR presentations with support from Factory Customer Service.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or other discipline
- 5+ years experience in Account management, planning, logistics
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel, Multi-cultural communications
