Responsibilities
Oversee and manage project installation and engineering personnel mobilization to ensure timely job progress
Coordinate with customers, consultants, main and sub-contractors, and suppliers to resolve project implementation issues
Assist in preparing material BOQs, selecting equipment, and recommending installation methods.
Plan, schedule, and oversee on-site installation of electrical distribution systems, including ELV and security systems.
Manage site activities, vendors, and sub-contractors to meet project milestones and ensure prompt delivery
Plan, supervise, and control project operations including cost management, re-estimates, manpower planning, and work scheduling
Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and building owners to support projectsuccess
Update and report all operational issues monthly to relevant stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Knowledge of uninterruptible power supplies or standby generators
Ability to work independently, demonstrate resourcefulness, and take initiative to foster customer relationships
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer orientation
Commitment to teamwork, results orientation, and assertiveness
Required competencies and certifications
ITC, Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
