Ø  Troubleshoot and repair motherboards/mobile issues, including glass replacement forLCD for all major brands for Oppo mobile phones

Ø  Operatetest equipment and/or grading software system

Ø  Performcosmetic inspections

Ø  Providetechnical and process support to customers

Ø  Otherad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
 To perform troubleshooting , inspections andexaminations as per customer’s complaints or upon actual diagnostic via systemprovided.

Ø Contact customer via phone Call/Whatsapp /SMS toprovide quotation for out of warranty repair and update repair status shouldthere be additional fault or for fault verification.

Ø Repair and replacement of defective parts,components or upgrading softwares to rectify the fault within the stipulatedtiming.

Ø To conduct maintenance checks to ensure qualityand efficiency of devices

Install, configure, and test mobile phones, SIM-based devices, and telecommunications equipment

Diagnose and repair faults in mobile devices, including hardware and software issues

Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades on mobile communication systems

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (e.g., signal problems, data connection failures)

Replace defective parts such as batteries, screens, circuit boards, and connectors

Maintain records of repairs, installations, and service activities

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Provide technical support and guidance to customers or internal staff

Coordinate with service providers for network-related issues when necessary
