Responsibilities:

· Handle full set of accounts including GL and Reporting and monthly/yearly closing.

· Preparation of quarterly GST submission.

· For book keeping accounts. Record and classify all accounting transactions. Make sure correct accounts, posts, verifies and balances debit and credit entries. Manage accurate and timely closing of books for the monthly and yearly. Liaise directly with clients to gather accounting documents and resolve queries

· Check accounting transactions to locate and resolve discrepancies.

· To identify improvement areas and develop good accounting control procedures and best practice to enhance accounting quality and efficiency Keep accurate records.

· Perform other related duties as assigned by accounts manager.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma or LCCI/ Degree inAccountancy / ACCA Level 2 or equivalent

· At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in full sets of accounts

· Prefer experience in Xero accounting software and QuickBooks accounting software.

· Positive attitude

Job Description

• Handle a full set of accounts for multiple clients across various industries
• Prepare financial statements, GST reports, and tax filings (corporate & individual)
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconciliation of bank statements
• Liaise directly with clients to gather accounting documents and resolve queries
• Support statutory filings and ensure compliance with Singapore’s regulatory framework
• Collaborate with internal teams (Corporate Secretarial, Tax, Audit) for client deliverables

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or a relevant field
• 1–3 years of working experience in accounting (experience in a CSP is a bonus)
• Good working knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management
• Confident in communication and passionate about helping businesses grow
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
