Requirements

Have good communication skills, obey Command, abide by the site management regulations, have rich on-site management experience, and be familiar with the on-site operation process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily transport for staff and materials between company office project sites
• Deliver materials, equipment, and supplies, including handling urgent purchases when required
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of staff and materials according to schedules
• Operate company vehicles safely and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness
• Assist with basic logistics tasks, including handling concrete cubes and other heavy items

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 driving license with a good driving record
• Good time management and ability to follow schedules
• Flexible and willing to support urgent transport or delivery needs
• Able to work overtime and support long working hours when required

• RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to streamline operations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise administrative personnel.
• Monitor office supplies and manage procurement within budgetary constraints.
• Oversee facilities management, including maintenance and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative efficiency.
• Manage schedules, deadlines, and communication flow within the organization.
• Prepare and manage budgets for administrative operations.
