Job Description:
· Main role handle full set of accounts, including preparation of accounting journal entires, quarterly GST filing, intercompany transation
· Prepare monthly audit schedules, accounts reconciliations and Fixed Assets
· Prepare month-end financial and management reports
· Order Processing and Sales Orders confirmation to customer
· Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
· Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
· Generate DOs & invoices
· Gross Profit Analysis
· Handle general office administration matters
· Assist in other ad-hoc projects as required
Job Requirements
· Possess LCCI or Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent qualification
· 2–3 years of relevant working experience preferred
· To close full set accounts independently
· Experience in freight forwarding & ocean freight is an advantage
· Sound knowledge of INCOTERMS and logistics processes
· Familiar in SAP B1 & Salesforce is an advantages
· Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word & Excel)
· Independent, highly motivated, good team player and able to meet dateline
· Positive working attitude, with an ability to take ownership of all tasks assigned
· Well-organised, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
· Availability on short notice is preferred
