Key Responsibilities:

• Design, engineer, and automate the lifecycle of OpenShift clusters, treating infrastructure as software.

Responsibilities:

• Support Market Risk enhancements and optimizations in the Murex platform
• Independently engage with end users to gather, clarify, and document business requirements
• Own and drive the implementation of Murex Market Risk configurations and optimizations
• Optimize existing risk methodologies and calculation formulas to improve performance and accuracy
• Conduct impact analysis and validation of Market Risk measures (e.g., VaR, PV01, CR01, PnL vectors)

Requirement:

• Experience in configuring and running risk computations including reval runs, normalized runs

• Deep understanding of asset classes including MM, Fixed Income, FX, and IR Derivatives

ITSO - Application Security (Consultant)

Responsibilities and Requirements

• At least 4 years combined work experience in software development, application security andcloud computing (e.g. AWS)
• Familiar with mobile and web application programming interfaces (API) architecture (e.g. REST,SOAP, SSL/TLS)
• Experience in threat modelling and able to establish threat profiles for application projects toidentify, quantify and remediate application security risks
• Strong knowledge of security best practices such as OWASP Top 10, OWASP application securityverification standard

General Responsibilities:

Emplaced in public agencies, you will collaborate with stakeholders and will be responsible for:

• Establish Standards: Define and maintain the Ministry-wide framework for security testing (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing - VAPT).
• SOP Development: Create and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide Agency project teams on engaging external security vendors and managing internal testing cycles.
• Quality Assurance: Develop "Quality Rubrics" to help agencies evaluate the performance of pen-testers. You will conduct periodic sampling of testing reports and project involvements to ensure quality and rigour across the Ministry Family.
• Support security tools such as CSPM, VMS, etc and follow up as part of remediation.

• Assisting in the development of agency-specific security requirements, reviewing and providing consultancy on the project-specific application and system security architecture to ensure that key security requirements are defined and designed into the systems, implemented in accordance to the security design, and in compliance with prevailing ICT security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Secure Coding Standards: Establish Ministry-wide secure coding guidelines (e.g., based on OWASP, SANS) to ensure developers build security into the application layer from day one.
• Source Code Analysis: Lead the strategy for Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Software Composition Analysis (SCA). You will evaluate tools that automate the detection of vulnerabilities in source code and third-party libraries.
• Participating in scoping and facilitating of security assessments, reviews and audits, as well as reviewing their results, ensuring issues identified are adequately resolved and residual risks appropriately managed to ensure security assurance prior to commissioning.
• Staying updated on current and emerging security technologies for cloud platforms like AW, as well as tracking the evolving threat landscape, including threat actors and attack methodologies to support agencies’ gap analysis and threat management.

General Requirements: 

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of IT security experience in IT security operations, including management, deployment, and maintenance of security for ICT systems.
• Domain Expertise: Proven track record in conducting penetration tests for Web Applications, IT Systems (cloud environments), and complex Network architectures.
• Ability to effectively communicate cybersecurity risks, mitigation measures, and residual risks to stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS SPECIFICATION FOR PEOPLESOFT ADMINISTRATOR

Scope of services:

a)      Install, configure, administer, upgrade, and maintain PeopleSoft components, including Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, Secure Sockets Layer(SSL), and middleware running on Windows infrastructure.

b)      Perform PeopleSoft bundle patching, maintenance updates, and People Tools upgrades.

c)      Monitor the PeopleSoft environment for system performance, resource utilization, availability, and overall system health, including proactive performance tuning.

d)     Provide application and technical support, bug fixes, and remediation for vulnerabilities and security issues affecting existing systems.

e)     Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the PeopleSoft environment, including network, software, hardware, operating system, middleware, and connectivity.

f)      Develop, implement, and support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies for PeopleSoft databases and applications.

g)     Maintain and keep up to date all technical documentation related to the PeopleSoft environment, including system configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

h)     Work closely with application developers, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to understand and support business and technical requirements.

i)      Develop and implement scripts and automation for routine administration, maintenance, monitoring, and reporting activities.

k)     Personnel deployed shall possess strong PeopleSoft administration skills and hands-on experience in administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, patching, and upgrading People Tools and related middleware components.

Required qualifications and competencies:

b)      At least five (5) years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft administration.

c)      Completion of at least one (1)People Tools upgrade within the last two (2) years.

e)      Experience in Microsoft SQL Server database administration and Microsoft Azure Cloud would be an added advantage.

PlatformOperations Engineer (Cloud Infrastructure)

General Responsibilities:

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible forexploring, designing, managing and optimising our cloud infrastructure platforms and services. You will be responsible for implementing cloud networking, storages, virtual machines and infra security solutions. You must have a good understanding of cloud infra technologies, architecture and site reliability engineering (SRE) and familiar with AWS platform and manage interfaces to SaaS platforms.

Cloud Architecture & Engineering

• Design, develop and deploy a highly available, reliable and scalable cloud infrastructure platform and services with aligned security and network controls. The job scopes involve implementing effective infra-solutions for cloud networks, storages, virtual machines, serverless infra, infrasecurity and disaster recovery.

• Develop and maintain infrastructure using infra-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible to ensure repeatable, automated and version-controlled deployments.
