Property Management Executive
About This Role
We're seeking a motivated and highly self-disciplined Property Management Executive to join our growing property management company. This is a unique opportunity for someone who values autonomy, continuous learning, and the chance to make a real impact on how we operate.

What You'll Do
Your role spans three core areas:
Operations & Tenant Management
- Enforce property policies and address violations promptly
- Coordinate repair and maintenance issues efficiently
- Conduct thorough room inspections during tenant onboarding and offboarding
- Support property agents during viewings with prospective tenants
- Orient new tenants on house rules, payment schedules, and policies
- Respond to urgent on-site emergencies (power outages, plumbing issues, etc.)
- Travel to properties to inspect conditions and ensure tenant compliance
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Source and compare quotes from multiple vendors and contractors
- Attend contractor site surveys and manage property access
- Liaise between customer support teams and service operators
- Document operational processes and workflows
New Projects
- Assess and report on potential properties for acquisition
- Assist with space planning and layout design
- Manage utility and internet account applications, renewals, and closures
- Obtain contractor quotations and supervise work progress
- Inspect completed work and identify any defects or issues
What You Need
Essential:
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Adaptable, able to thrive in ambiguous situations
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Comfortable traveling to different locations daily via public transport for inspections
- Able to work independently and manage your own schedule with self-discipline
Advantageous (but we'll train you):
- Experience with task management tools
- Familiarity with chatbot or customer support platforms
- Prior exposure to property management systems
Not required:
- Previous property management experience
- Driving license

Important Note on Travel
You will need to travel to various property locations daily for inspections, viewings, and on-site issues. You'll use public transport for these visits. No transport allowance will be provided.
Salary Expectation
Up to $3,300
