Job responsibilities:
Plan and execute maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery, to lead inspections and testing to ensure operational readiness
Collate and analyze data and information on equipment and machinery performances and costs to generate efficiency plans for the company. To prepare regular technical reports and recommendations and lead the execution in alignment with project specifications
Act as the focal point between different departments within the company; to liaise and communicate effectively to ensure smooth daily operations
To review and manage technical queries (RFIs) between clients, subcontractors; to liaise with involved stakeholders during construction project
To update and maintain electronic and physical records of reports, calculations, and other technical documents and also in charge of the distribution and collection of related documents
To perform other ad hoc tasks when required
Job requirements:
Degree in mechanical engineering or relevant degrees are welcome
Able to communicate effectively in the written and verbal manner
Energetic, keen to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team
Possesses problem-solving skills and has a keen eye for detail
