Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee and optimize customer service operations and logistics systems. The role focuses on process improvement, system implementation, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Systems & Process Management
- Design, implement, and optimize logistics and customer service workflows
- Manage and improve shipment tracking systems and operational dashboards
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive automation initiatives
- Work with internal teams to implement system enhancements and digital solutions
2. Logistics Planning & Coordination
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including shipment planning and distribution strategy
- Analyze delivery performance metrics and implement improvements
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards
3. Customer Experience Management
- Develop and implement customer service strategies and service standards
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of complex cases
- Improve customer journey through system and process enhancements
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and improve efficiency
- Prepare performance reports for management review
- Use data-driven insights to support business decisions
5. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Supervise and guide operations staff and customer service team
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and management teams
- Train staff on systems, processes, and service standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- 2–5+ years of relevant experience in logistics operations, systems management, or customer operations
- Experience with logistics systems, CRM tools, or ERP platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage operations independently and make decisions
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in process automation or digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
