1. Core Administrative Responsibilities

An admin staff in a nightclub handles daily office and coordination tasks such as:

• Managing emails, calls, and booking enquiries
• Maintaining customer/VIP reservation records
• Preparing reports (sales, attendance, events)
• Data entry into systems (CRM / booking systems)
• Filing documents, contracts, and licenses

1. Business Growth & Revenue Development

• Identify and develop new revenue streams including VIP clientele, corporate bookings, and private events
• Drive sales strategies to increase table bookings, event attendance, and overall club revenue
• Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to recommend business expansion strategies
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets set by management

2. Strategic Partnerships & Client Acquisition

• Build and maintain relationships with: Corporate clients Event organisers Promoters and influencers Hospitality partners (hotels, concierge services)
• Negotiate contracts, event deals, and partnership agreements
• Expand the nightclub’s network within Singapore’s entertainment and tourism ecosystem

3. VIP & Customer Relationship Management

• Develop and manage high-value customer (VIP) portfolios
• Ensure premium service delivery and personalized guest experience
• Handle key client accounts and maintain long-term engagement

4. Event & Promotion Strategy

• Plan and execute themed events, international DJ nights, and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing teams on branding, social media campaigns, and event promotions
• Monitor event performance and optimize strategies for higher attendance and profitability

5. Financial Performance & Reporting

• Track sales performance, revenue trends, and customer acquisition metrics
• Prepare business development reports and forecasts for management review
• Manage budgets for promotions, partnerships, and events

6. Market Positioning & Brand Development

• Strengthen brand presence in Singapore’s nightlife industry
• Conduct competitor analysis and implement differentiation strategies
• Identify opportunities for expansion, including new outlets or service offerings

7. Compliance & Operational Alignment

• Ensure all business activities align with Singapore regulations, including: Liquor Licence requirements Public Entertainment Licence (PEL) conditions
• Work closely with operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and services

Roles & Responsibilities

The Club Manager is responsible in overseeing all aspects of the club floor and ensuring the satisfaction of all guests/customers' needs. The Club Manager is involved in meeting and greeting guests/customers, responding to guests'/customers' inquiries, building rapport with guests/customers, assisting guests/customers with complaints and resolving and communicating all guest/customer service issues to the Front Office Manager. Routine checks on early departures and late arrivals and management of club floor premises and facilities are done by the Club Manager. He/She conducts staff meetings on reviews of property's standards, guest service targets, service satisfaction trends, departmental procedures and operating issues as well as planning any areas of improvement or development.

The Club Manager also works with other departments to coordinate VIP arrivals and ensures team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services and pricing. The club floor Manager has a sound knowledge of the hotel’s facilities and services. He/She should actively guide and direct the whole team to ensure consistency of standards and a high level of performance and service delivery. He/She also support the recruitment and capability development of club floor Team. A good command of English and excellent interpersonal skills with an affable personality are required. In the absence of the Front Office Manager, the club floor Manager takes full responsibility and accountability for the club floor.TasksComply with legal requirements in a lodging property.
