About the Role We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and people-oriented Restaurant Outlet Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. Responsibilities
Operations & Service Excellence
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to deliver smooth, efficient, and consistent service
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service at all times
- Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with food & beverage, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain operational standards
People Management
- Lead, train, motivate, and develop the outlet team to achieve exceptional customer service outcomes
- Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate manpower coverage for all shifts
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary
- Foster a positive work culture and promote team spirit to enhance employee engagement
Sales, Finance & Inventory
- Monitor sales performance, control costs, and drive overall outlet profitability
- Manage daily cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) operations, and administrative reporting accurately
- Oversee stock levels, purchasing, and waste control to minimize losses and optimize inventory
- Analyze sales trends and propose improvement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention
Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions to boost outlet visibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate closely with HQ and Marketing teams to increase brand awareness and footfall
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in food & beverage or hospitality management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through team management
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and creating excellent guest experiences
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, profit & loss management, and staff supervision
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required
- Demonstrated independence, responsibility, problem-solving skills, and ability to make decisions promptly
