As the Interactive Music Design Manager in Riot Singapore Game Studio, you’ll help bring Riot’s music vision to life by developing and overseeing interactive music production and in-game implementation across assigned products and features. This role sits at the intersection of music, audio systems, and gameplay — partnering closely with Audio, Design, Engineering, and external music vendors to ensure music is authored, implemented, and optimized for real-time player experiences.

This is not a music supervision, licensing, or marketing-driven role. It is a game music production role with a strong emphasis on music systems, technical integration, and interactive execution, rather than record production or campaign-based music supervision.

This is a position based in Singapore, working closely with both global and regional Riot teams.

Responsibilities:

Production Scope & Accountability

• Translate gameplay goals, creative vision, and system intent into clear, actionable interactive music briefs.
• Be responsible for end-to-end interactive music production for game cosmetic products across League of Legends & Teamfight Tactics. 

Interactive Music Systems & Implementation

• Own and oversee end-to-end game music delivery across the team, spanning asset creation, in-game implementation, and final validation.
• Partner with game teams to define and support interactive music system behavior, including transitions, layering, states, and real-time logic.
• Supervise and review interactive music implementation using middleware or game engines (e.g., Wwise, FMOD, Unreal, Unity or equivalent) and ensure performance considerations are met.
• Guide and support external composers and vendors on interactive music design best practices for real-time gameplay.
• Validate music content against runtime performance, memory, streaming, and platform constraints.
• Ensure profiling, debugging, and iteration of in-game music behavior to ensure a polished player experience.

Team Alignment & Collaboration

• Foster healthy collaboration, craft growth, and accountability across internal team members and external contributors
• Maintain alignment & relationship building with partners & stakeholders at Riot LAX HQ, including League Creative eXpressions (LSCX) & Riot Games Music (RGM)

• Guide & oversee day-to-day creative execution & iteration with external composers, ensuring music supports interactive systems and gameplay needs.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience composing and technically implementing music for shipped video games

As a 3D Character Lead in the Singapore Studio for one of Riot’s unpublished R&D product, you will channel your knowledge of color and light to explore and produce the best player value for players. 

You’ll guide the exploration and execution of the 3D discipline across Character and Environment content. In addition to providing clear direction, you’ll implement the sleek, dynamic and dramatic visual effects that add atmosphere and depth to the gameplay. Through your expertise, you’ll mentor and level-up the craft and game developer skills of your 3D team. You will work with the Associate Art Director to implement a 3D style that fits within the art pillars and punctuates the game design. You will implement the effects and set the high quality bar. 

You’ll expand and support a high-performing external team and give them guidance and knowledge. You will set high expectations, push for growth for both each individual artist and the entire team, and streamline the production efficiency. You will use your broad knowledge of art, craft, technique, and people management, to set clear goals for your team and make sure the process of delivering those goals is as smooth as possible for your team and their stakeholders. You will ensure your team stays motivated and empowered to take ownership of creativity, you will coach your team to be a triple A team. 

You will work closely with Product Leads, Delivery Leads, Stakeholders, and the Associate Art Director to stay aligned on vision and priorities. Quickly mediate and resolve craft disagreements and misalignments. Prioritize the craft’s health and support, above personally contributing to art production. Run and manage healthy and productive craft review sessions. Work closely with the others 3D Leads on your team to cultivate a great cohesive culture and ensure a consistent quality and style.

The Publishing Lead SEA, VALORANT oversees the implementation of the player experience of VALORANT in the SEA market. This includes product marketing, community programs and player support. You are also responsible for evaluating and managing a team of Individual Contributors contributing to the product’s success. 

You will manage publishing efforts and prioritize publishing opportunities in SEA. This includes building the larger game ecosystem (community, partnerships) all while prioritizing the audience experience. You will lead Riot’s long-term strategy for VALORANT in SEA, scale our seasonal publishing efforts and programs, establish the scope of media work, community building, and local channel strategy. Team building is a core responsibility of this role and you will have the privilege of leading and hiring a team of experienced publishing professionals.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Game Production to own the operational backbone of the team and drive predictable, high-quality delivery across a portfolio of internal tools built in close partnership with game teams. This role is not about creating a new vision; you will operationalize an existing one, scale lightweight delivery practices, anticipate dependencies, and help the team move faster by removing friction and elevating visibility for stakeholders at all levels.
