Senior Account Manager (Leadership Track)
who will initially own key enterprise accounts and, over time, build and lead Account Management function across all verticals.
You will operate at the intersection of customers, operations, and technology, working closely with Operations, Product/Engineering, and Support teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.
What Youāll Do
Own enterprise customer relationships
- Ensure customers achieve success using Ridaās platform and services. First
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage commercial relationships includingĀ renewals, expansion, and upsell opportunities.
Drive onboarding and implementation
- Lead onboarding of new enterprise customers, including operational setup and project coordination.
- Understand client workflows and translate them into effective operating models using Ridaās platform.
- Coordinate across tech, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth implementations.
Deliver strong customer outcomes
- Build tools and processes to trackĀ customer satisfaction, NPS, and SLA performance.
- Ensure clients remainĀ profitable and scalable to serve.
Build scalable customer success systems
- Develop playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and customer management processes.
- Build scalable systems to support both enterprise and SMB customers
