Requirements

• NITEC in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Customer Service (preferably in retail/ beauty industry)
• Require MS Office and Excel Skills
• 6 day work week including weekends and PH (Compulsory to work on weekends & PH)
• Able to work retail hours
• Adaptable to fast-paced environment
• Meticulous and Responsible team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken English

• Conduct professional scalp analysis; demonstrate features/ benefits of treatments, services and products
• Recommend packages according to individual needs and conditions
• Constantly educate customers on the necessity and benefits of company’s treatments, services and products
• Build rapport with customer and providing good customer service and needs in relation to hair & scalp enquiries
• Perform basic hands-on treatments when necessary
• Updating of customer’s progress in the treatment card and computer system
• Conduct regular stock-take, responsible for healthy stock level in store and stock ordering
• Assist in display of merchandise, ensuring branding alignment and standards are maintained
• Assist in other areas where necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the store
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

• Certificate in any discipline
• Experience and competent in sales with minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in beauty industry

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (China) to support our growth and market expansion in the China market. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting strategic partnerships to drive sales growth.

This position requires frequent travel within China to engage clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders while supporting the company’s regional business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Market Expansion

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the China market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and corporate clients.
• Develop market entry strategies and expansion plans for new regions and industries in China.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate and guide junior sales or business development staff as required, providing support and mentorship.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to management regarding China operations.

2.     Sales & Revenue Generation

• Develop and expand sales opportunities with local China-based customers and partners.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets and sales objectives.
• Develop proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements for prospective clients.

3.     Strategic Planning

Key Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably with China-based clients or distributors.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
