Responsibilities
Own client engagements: understand their sector, refine our pitch, and feed insights into the product roadmap.
Present our AI Digital Human kiosks as integrated solutions.
Support in building proposals and close deals.
Map conversational user journeys and turn ideas into clear briefs for clients and tech teams.
Manage projects end-to-end — coordinate across offshore and local teams with speed and precision.
Push for continuous improvement and be a positive, high-energy teammate.
Requirements
Self-starter who plans, executes, and reports with minimal oversight.
Prior client-facing role (account management or project management) in a fast-paced environment.
Must have hands-on experience with interactive kiosks, digital signage, or physical installations.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Familiar with user flow diagrams and UX design.
Solid with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Sales experience is a plus.
