Provide ad-hoc supports to Division

• Assist Assistant Manager to manage day to day FM operations of accounts

• Ensure fulfilment of scheduled commitments for FM teams

• Ensure good planning and execution of service schedules

• Assist in training staff members on proper work processes, operating procedures, equipment servicing, etc., and manage FM engineers’ technical competencies

Leadership:

• Leading the Critical Infrastructure operations team in overseeing all facilities management, including all disciplines involved.

Business Development:

• Act as the Change Advisory Board (CAB)to ensure that the highly critical works are being reviewed to reduce risk to client’s and stakeholders
• Approval of Asset Management, Risk Management, Incident Management, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Incident and Analytical Reports
• Develop and implement comprehensive Data Centre management practices and compliance protocols that ensure high reliability and efficiency, to meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies for operational procedures and disaster response tactics as an organization
• Ensure client’s sustainability targets are met, and Data centres’, ISO and other certificates are obtained and sustained, from the POV of the client’s or End User
• Review and approve of Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Method of Procedures (MOP) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP), Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Change Management Plan(CMP) for operation functionality and to ensure standardisation between other APAC subsidiaries

o    Conduct Lessons Learnt sessions for each project stage completion.

·       Resource Management: Design & manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness.

o    Shop drawing coordination with sub-con/vendor & other stakeholders.

o    Periodical inspection (internal check for quality improvement)

o    Ensure site installation works are according to project plans / designs / time frame.

·       Testing & Commissioning Administration:

o    T&C consultation for FAT, SAT, and IST with Technical & Q&C department

o    Review and Manage End-User requirements and Tagging systems.

·       BIM Management: Handover submission arrangement with drafter team and project team (As built BIM Packages)

o    Required to be an expert for working in Cloud, Design Collaboration and Model coordination and QA/QC own work.

o    AutoCAD & Revit management experience with Cloud Work-sharing (ACC).

o    Review and confirm the Construction handover is in accordance with the project’s BEP.

·       Depending on project need, this position may be located On-Site or Off-Site and requires frequent travel to the project site.

• Assist in preparation of the Monthly financial statements
• Responsible for day to day Accounts Receivables functions including maintain accurate records of Accounts Receivables
• Review AR aging and follow up on overdue accounts
• To assist in credit controlling and timely report on overdue AR
• Managing day to day operation of Accounts Payables function and expenses include managing payment processing matters
• Perform and supervise daily operation accounting functions. eg. Account Receivable, vendor payments, cash and bank transaction and inter-company
• Monthly closing of AP accounts and reconciliation with vendors’ statements
• Ensure proper and systematic filing arrangement is done in a timely and accurate manner
• Handle audit with external auditors
• Perform quarterly GST submission and other statutory reporting
• Perform Inventory stock take in warehouse
• Work with the intercompany and external customers to ensure Accounts Receivable issues are resolved on timely basis.
• Prepare and support on other statutory submissions as request by authorities including *group companies (eg: Corporate Income Tax, Transfer pricing and etc).
• Support preparation of quarterly Group consolidation reporting package via DIVA System
• Support analytical reviews on monthly management reporting and investigation on variances against the norms, budget and forecast include but not limited to cash flow management
