We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project and Procurement Assistant to support our purchasing and administrative functions. The role involves handling procurement activities, assisting in project coordination, and providing day-to-day administrative support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
• Support project coordination and administrative functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing, obtaining quotations, price negotiation, and processing purchase orders (POs).
• Track delivery schedules, update goods received in the accounting system, and maintain accurate purchase records.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
· Experience in purchasing, project coordination, or administrative support.
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
· Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Quickbook is an advantage.
· Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-moving work setting.
