identify, source for, suggest and/or discuss with the Fund Manager suitable potential targets or portfolio companies (“Targets”) in line with the Fund.....
identify, source for, suggest and/or discuss with the Fund Manager suitable potential targets or portfolio companies (“Targets”) in line with the Fund’s strategies;
assist the Fund Manager to procure relevant information and/or documents relating to the Targets for purposes of due diligence and/or other requisite processes;
provide ad-hoc support to the Manager with respect to the relevant Targets, including facilitating communication between the Manager and the Targets; and
take on such other ancillary duties as required by the Fund Manager from time to time.
