Job Summary

You will deliver and collect goods on schedule, maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition, and plan routes to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect goods according to management schedules to ensure timely operations
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and inspect vehicle conditions to ensure safety and reliability
• Plan and prepare routes in advance to optimize delivery flow and readiness for subsequent deployments

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possessing a forklift license is an added advantage
• Have at least 2 years of relevant driving or delivery experience

Job Summary

Support procurement activities by managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and assisting inventory control to ensure the timely and accurate supply of materials for engineering operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fulfilling requisitions for raw materials, subcontractors, and office supplies to meet operational needs
• Generate and process purchase orders accurately to maintain procurement workflow
• Oversee delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of materials and supplies
• Maintain accurate purchasing records for audit and tracking purposes
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies, delays, or quality issues promptly
• Support inventory management by collaborating with workshop and store personnel to optimize stock levels

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• NTC/Diploma, preferably in Mechanical or Precision Engineering
• Minimum 1-2 years of purchasing experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or Engineering industries
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams
• Basic negotiation skills to support supplier interactions
