• Lead and manage Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Senior Site Teams
• Ensure project delivery objectives are met across programme, cost control, quality, and safety
• Coordinate closely with:
  - Design consultants and specialist teams
  - Key trade partners and subcontractors
  - Client representatives and regulatory authorities
• Lead resolution of technical and constructability challenges typical of landmark integrated developments
• Drive effective risk management, including programme, safety, and commercial considerations
• Ensure compliance with:
  - Local statutory and regulatory requirements
  - Approved design intent and project quality standards
  - Workplace safety and environmental management systems
• Support commercial matters such as variation management, claims strategy, and subcontractor performance
• Promote continuous improvement in site productivity, coordination, and construction methodologies

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline
• Minimum 15–20 years of relevant construction experience, including:
  - Large-scale or landmark developments
  - High-rise, mixed-use, or architecturally complex projects
• Prior experience in a senior project leadership or deputy project director role
• Solid technical understanding of:
  - Major structural works
  - Architectural trades and premium finishes
  - M&E coordination within complex building environments
• Proven ability to manage large site teams and multiple subcontract packages
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with local authority approvals and statutory processes in Singapore is advantageous
