Responsibilities :
Plan, schedule, monitor, and update project timelines to achieve completion targets
Coordinate daily site activities by preparing work breakdown structures and overseeing site operations
Supervise sub-contractors to ensure quality and safety compliance during daily construction tasks
Liaise effectively with main contractors, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to facilitate project progress
Conduct and manage inspection-related activities to maintain project standards
Prepare and submit monthly project progress reports and work done certifications to stakeholders
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience managing underground civil works projects
Experience in pipe jacking works and projects under the Land Transport Authority (LTA)
Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin to communicate with diverse project stakeholders
