We are seeking a Project Supervisor role which involves both operations management and facilities management, ensuring smooth execution of operation and maintaining the safety of the sites under our management.

Operations Scope

• Oversee the relocation of aggregates between multiple stockpile sites using tipper trucks.
• Manage loading operations with wheel loaders and ensure proper stockpiling at new sites.
• Plan and supervise deployment of trucks and heavy machinery (excavators, wheel loaders) for maximum productivity.
• Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure all operations comply with safety regulations.
• Monitor and manage site instruments (ambient air, noise, ground movement, water quality) and implement corrective actions when alerts arise.
• Coordinate with other project sites to optimize resources deployment.
• Identify workplace hazards, enforce corrective actions, and investigate incidents with proper documentation and reporting.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, Resident Technical Officer (RTO), subcontractors, drivers, and site personnel on site operations, inspections, safety matters, and traffic management procedures.
• Write and submit reports as and when necessary

Facilities Management Scope

• Manage and maintain all aspects of stockpile sites under our responsibility.
• Oversee turfing (grass trimming), site cleanliness, site security, CCTV systems, site office facilities, drainage, weeding, and pest control.
• Supervise and coordinate teams of workers and external vendors to ensure proper upkeep and security of the sites.
• Write and submit reports as and when necessary

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project & Facilities Management or Project Management
• Business degree holders with at least 3 years relevant experience may also be considered.
• Valid Class 3 driver's license OR own vehicle for independent site management.
• Strong communication, leadership and time management skills to manage both operations and facilities aspects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to balance client satisfaction and operational efficiency independently.

Job Duties:

• Deliver goods (E.g. Sands and Stones) in a tipper truck from the Company’s designated stockyard to various job sites as directed.
• Conduct all loading and unloading operations in a safe and orderly manner.
• Drivers shall return all delivery dockets after making each delivery and ensure the delivery dockets are duly signed by the respective delivery sites’ representatives.
• Driver shall be responsible for routine checks, greasing and lubrication work on all the respective mechanical parts on the vehicle.

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years Class 4 Driving License
• Experience in driving tipper truck or any other similar vehicle

We are seeking an Assistant Manager (Port Operations) to support our bulk aggregates operations at Jurong Port. The role covers vessel and barge discharging, warehousing, and distribution of bulk construction materials (granite and sand) to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Port Operation

• Plan and manage resource deployment (manpower and equipment) for vessel and barge discharging to ensure safe and smooth operations.
• Coordinate and sequence work activities to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure all safety procedures, permits, and operational paperwork are completed and submitted on time.
• Respond to operational issues and emergencies on a 24/7 basis when required.
• Prepare and submit operational reports as necessary.

Warehousing & Material Distribution

• Manage stock levels of materials in warehouses and ensure timely ordering to avoid shortages.
• Plan stockpiling sequences for efficient material handling and storage.
• Oversee the distribution of materials to customer sites, ensuring all daily delivery orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe working environment across all warehouse activities.
• Submit daily reports on material movements and stock status.

Qualifications:
- (Preferred) Degree in Logistics Management, Maritime Studies, Engineering, or related fields. Business degree
holders with relevant experience may also be considered.
- Proven experience in logistics, site coordination, port operations or heavy machinery/marine environments is
preferred.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Strong, clear communication and leadership skills to manage port operations and warehousing functions effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
- Own transportation or valid Class 3 driver's license (company vehicle provided).
