Regional Strategic Development Director – Asia

Role Overview
Nutrition Asia Group is seeking a commerciallydriven Regional Strategic Development Director to support the company’sexpansion across Asia. The role will focus on identifying new marketopportunities, establishing commercial frameworks, and developing strategicpartnerships to drive sustainable growth.
This position will work closely with regionalteams and partners to lay the commercial foundation for market entry, whileproviding insights on pricing strategy, market dynamics, and revenueopportunities across different Asian markets.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities across Asia.
- To deliver comprehensive market overview and identify market entry strategy
- Further develop commercial strategies, including investment required, company structure required (ie. Joint venture/partner/vertical integrated)
Commercial Strategy
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking across different Asian markets.
- Develop commercial frameworks and pricing strategies to ensure sustainable margins.
- Provide strategic recommendations on portfolio positioning and market prioritisation.
- Analyse pricing structures, and competitive positioning across markets.
- Support the development of pricing strategies for new market launches.
- Track sales performance and market opportunities to optimise commercial strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to support market launches.
- Assist leadership with market insights and expansion planning.
- Contribute to building internal playbooks for entering new markets.
Success Metrics
- Identification and development of new Asian markets
- Establishment of regional distribution partnerships
- New revenue opportunities generated
- Successful development of market entry frameworks
