IT Analyst

Scope of Work:
Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure all the applications systems remain in good working order.
• Expected to take on support of new application systems when they become operational.
• Respond to production emergencies in a timely manner based on Service Levels .
• This includes bringing up the server (in a crash) or system processes, fixing problems or finding workarounds.
• Expected to diligently perform routine checks and to escalate to the Project Manager should any anomaly be detected.
• Expected to follow through every issue / problem to closure, and complete the necessary documentation as required
• Assist users and answer queries regarding the supported operational systems.
• Expected to interface with the helpdesk agents, end-users and external vendors during application support and problem resolution.
• Besides application support, expected to make some code changes/enhancements that arise from service requests.
• Expected to understudy and undertake the development of new applications and maintenance of any existing systems as assigned by the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least a Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• Have at least four (4) years of development experience in using the Microsoft .Net Core framework, MVC, WCF and be proficient in C#.NET.
• Have development experience in the front-end web technologies and frameworks: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap.
• Have at least four (4) years of work experience in Microsoft SQL Server and be proficient in developing applications which involve relational database schema design and writing optimized SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Have at least two (2) years of experience in developing and managing the REST APIs in compliance with the OpenAPI 2.0 Specification using Node.js.
• Experience in working on caching technologies such as Memcached, Redis Cache, Amazon ElastiCache for Redis.
• Have at least one (1) year of experience in using AWS services including AWS S3, EC2, RDS, lambda, AWS SDK for .NET and AWS CLI.
• Possess at least one (1) year of experience working in Linux Server environment

IT Analyst (.NET)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and support digital application systems. 
• Ensure all application systems remain stable, secure, and in good working condition. 
• Provide operational support for new and existing systems, including troubleshooting and resolving production issues. 
• Respond to system incidents and emergencies within defined service levels, including after-hours support when required. 
• Perform routine system checks, monitor performance, and escalate issues when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Project & Product Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone schedules in partnership with contracted vendors. Lead feature planning and prioritisation processes informed by user feedback analysis, business impact assessment, technical complexity evaluation, and regulatory compliance requirements. Transform high-level project objectives into executable action plans through effective task decomposition, prioritisation frameworks, and strategic contribution to overall project vision.
• Product Strategy & Performance: Collaborate with stakeholders and contractors to develop product roadmaps and success metrics, regularly monitoring performance against established benchmarks. Oversee project progress tracking and deliver comprehensive status reporting to senior leadership. Maintain centralised project documentation repositories and ensure knowledge management best practices.
• Problem Prioritisation & Impact Assessment: Evaluate and prioritise identified problems based on user impact severity, business value potential, technical feasibility, resource requirements, and strategic alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Certification in Agile Scrum Master, Product Management or equivalent recognised project and/or product management
• Minimum 7+ years of product management experience with Finance ERP platforms
• Minimum 1 cycle of Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall product implementation experience
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives, preferably in government or regulated environments

Qualifications:
