1. Client Relationship & Sales Support
You will be the vital link between our company and our market, ensuring that no opportunity slips through the cracks. Your responsibilities in this domain include:
· Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively contact and qualify new leads, initiating the first touchpoint to build a robust sales pipeline.
· Client Retention: Follow up with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction rates, address inquiries, and identify opportunities for up selling or cross-selling.
· Communication Hub: Act as a reliable point of contact for client queries,ensuring swift and professional resolutions that uphold the reputation of Noris Global Pte Ltd.
2. Executive Assistant to the Director
Time is the most valuable asset for our leadership. You will be entrusted with optimizing the Director's schedule and maintaining business continuity in their absence.
· Calendar Management: Strategically schedule and coordinate appointments,client meetings, and internal reviews for the Director, ensuring a highly optimized daily itinerary.
· Inbox Management & Proxy Communication: Monitor the Director’s email inbox. When the Director is traveling, in meetings, or otherwise unavailable, you will be responsible for drafting and sending professional replies to ensure business momentum is never stalled.
3. CRM Management & Digital Marketing
Data integrity and targeted outreach are critical to our sales strategy. We utilize Odoo as our central ERP/CRM system, and you will be its primary custodian.
· Database Administration: Continuously update and maintain accurate client information, interaction logs, and sales pipelines within the Odoo CRM.
· Email Marketing Execution: Leverage Odoo’s integrated marketing modules to design, segment, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and engaging our existing client base.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor the engagement metrics of email campaigns to help the sales team refine their outreach strategies.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

· Experience:Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales administration, executive support, or a hybrid operational role will be given priority consideration.
· Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software is mandatory.Specific experience with Odoo is highly advantageous. Familiarity with email marketing tools and payroll software is strongly preferred.
· Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, necessary for drafting executive-level emails and engaging with high-value clients.
· Attributes:High level of integrity (due to handling sensitive payroll data), meticulous attention to detail, and the proactive ability to work independently when the Director is off-site.
