Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve conflicts and feedbacks from public and stakeholders pertaining to the project,
• Conduct regular visits to residents/ stakeholders affected by the works to gather feedback, preparing circulars, letter and flyers to keep stakeholders abreast and update on the site activities and progress.
• Prepare and submit weekly updates, monthly reports and other program pertaining to public relation works

Job Description

• Operate Tower crane as per the deployment schedule assigned by the Managers/Engineers/Supervisors
• To carry out daily checks of the assigned vehicle to ensure safe lifting operations at all time
• Maintain assigned crane in clean and tidy working condition
• Perform risk assessment of surroundings and goods to be lifted so as to ensure that the lifting operations can be carried out safely
• Perform pre-plan safety meetings with sub-contractors to ensure daily work schedules are accomplished in a safe and timely manner

Requirements

• Possess Tower Crane (Luffing Jib, Saddle Jib & PPVC certificate ) License awarded by relevant authorities in Singapore
• Minimum 5 year relevant experience
• Aptitude to adapt to changing priorities
• Must have good verbal communication skills to ensure safety with adjacent cranes

Job Summary

Manage the end-to-end recruitment and HR administration for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies while supporting workforce welfare and operational efficiency in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for foreign workers by sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates to meet project staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records including hiring, termination, leave administration, medical records, transfers, and promotions to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Process monthly payroll for approximately 300 employees accurately and on schedule to ensure timely compensation.
• Manage work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign workers in compliance with regulatory requirements to maintain legal workforce status.
• Administer foreign workers’ WICA (Work Injury Compensation Act) claims and related processes to ensure proper handling of workplace injury cases.
• Coordinate foreign workers’ dormitory arrangements, ensuring compliance with regulations and addressing day-to-day welfare concerns to support worker well-being.

Required competencies and certifications

• Strong knowledge of local employment laws to ensure compliance in all HR and administrative processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word and Excel, to manage documentation and reporting effectively.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in HR Management or equivalent qualification to support HR functions.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction sector to understand industry-specific workforce requirements.
• Familiarity with Infotech systems to enhance HR administrative efficiency.

• Prepare onboarding documents, coordinate onboarding, and announcements.

• Manage off-boarding, including resignation letters and exit processes.
