The role is responsible for routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and/or public areas of the Hotel.
Primary responsibilities
• To clean guests' bedroom and/or bathroom.
• To ensure cleanliness of the public areas of Hotel.
• To replenish room amenities according to the operational standards.
• To ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
• To anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
• To perform thorough cleaning duties.
• To comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times.
• To carry out other duties as and when assigned by your Superior and/or the Management.
