We are seeking a senior operations professional with a strong background in the technology sector to drive operational excellence across AI and IT infrastructure businesses. This role requires strong cross-functional execution capability, the ability to operate in complex technical environments, and a proven track record in improving delivery efficiency and operational processes.
This is a business and program operations role in a tech-driven environment, not a facilities, administrative, or data centre infrastructure operations role.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional execution across sales, engineering, logistics, procurement, and finance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage end-to-end operational processes including customer delivery, supply coordination, and project tracking.
- Design and improve operational frameworks, SOPs, and project governance structures to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor operational KPIs, identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.
- Support enterprise-level customer delivery and critical project execution.
- Manage communication and coordination with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
- Provide clear reporting on project status, operational health, and key issues to leadership.
Must-Have Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in operations, program management, or business operations within the technology industry.
- Must have experience in one or more of the following industries:
* AI / Cloud / SaaS
* IT hardware / enterprise infrastructure
* Semiconductor / GPU / data centre solutions
* High-tech B2B technology companies
- Proven experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives (not administrative or clerical roles).
- Strong execution and structured thinking; able to drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.
- Comfortable working with operational data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills with ability to align technical and business stakeholders.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience working in a technology company and/or a global, cross-cultural environment.
- Proven experience in customer delivery, enterprise solution implementation, or project delivery management.
- Background in supply chain operations, technical product delivery, or related operational functions.
- Experience in a scale-up, high-growth, or fast-paced organization, with the ability to adapt and drive results in a rapidly evolving environment. (Highly preferred)
