Job Description:

Global Funding (Treasury) technology team is looking for a senior engineer to join our team. The role will cover Development as well as Level 3 support within the APAC team. The team is working on multiple deliverables, and you will therefore need to be agile in moving between roles and projects.

As an example, with the developer role, we are currently building a new modern trade entry platform that covers FX, Money Market products from trade capture through to settlement to enable us to decommission a legacy platform.

In the Level 3 support role you will be expected to help troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner whilst ensuring minimal business impact, this will require liaising with regional and global teams. The L3 role will be APAC hours focused.

You will have the skillset to be both self-driven/independent as well as working within the global teams/agile teams in support of the various deliverables in flight.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all requirements, process artefacts, and acceptance criteria support predictable delivery and mitigate risk, including early identification of gaps, impacts, and potential failure points.

• Proactively inform and align support partners of upcoming changes, ensuring they understand impacts, risks, and required actions to maintain production stability.

Job Description:

APAC Network Services Internal Networks team is responsible for end-to-end engineering and deployment of network infrastructure services within Bank of America. In this role, you will design, implement, and support enterprise grade network infrastructure across routing, switching, wireless, and remote access technologies. You will play a key part in ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance connectivity across our global environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hands-on implementation, engineering, and deployment of new services into production.

• Work with support teams, lines of business and 3rd parties that BofA connect to build end-to-end solutions that balance business, security, availability, and resiliency requirements.

• Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting technical application and service requirements.

The Senior Application Manager &App Risk Governance Lead will play a leadership role in the core banking application management and maintenance domain. This role will oversee the delivery and maintenance of the core banking applications, both regional/local apps, intothe bank’s ecosystem. He/She will work with product teams, functional leads,technical leads, and vendor SMEs across works-streams (e.g. payments, clearinglocal vendor/regulatory reporting apps) under the core banking transformationprogram and will have direct accountability in ensuring that the core banking applicationsare adhering to the bank’s standards/policies and implemented in accordance toscope, cost, timeline, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities / Key objectives

Technology & Application Risk Management

·        Manage and oversee technology risks, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity issues related to payment and clearing applications.

·        Lead remediation efforts for application vulnerabilities and track closure of identified risks.

·        Drive End-of-Life/End-of-Support (EOL/EOS)migration initiatives for operating systems and software components.

·        Lead the team to analyze vulnerability reports(server/infra/container scans) and collaborate with vendors and application teams to define and execute remediation plans.

·        Ensures prompt resolution of all service requests and regular communication with users during the resolution process.

·        Leads creation, maintenance and regular testing of failover and disaster recovery plans.
