Job Summary
Conduct fundamental investment research and analysis to support portfolio decisions in a boutique family office.
Responsibilities
- Source, track, and organize publicly available information such as regulatory filings, company announcements, industry reports, and news for assigned sectors and companies to support investment decisions
- Conduct fundamental analysis to develop independent investment views and identify investment opportunities
- Support the formulation and refinement of investment theses based on comprehensive research findings
- Monitor existing portfolio holdings and update analyses promptly as new information emerges
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports with flexibility in scheduling to communicate research insights
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Singapore citizens and permanent residents only
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to facilitate research and communication
- Demonstrated interest in investing and financial markets to contribute effectively to research activities
- Familiarity with Singapore-listed companies to enhance sector and company analysis
- Prior personal investing experience to provide practical investment perspective
- Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related discipline (if prior experience is not met)
