Job Description
Deliver professional facial and body treatments in accordance with company protocols and service standards
Perform basic skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products based on clients’ needs
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in treatment rooms and equipment
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide post-treatment care advice
Assist in daily spa operations and support other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the beauty or spa industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
Responsible, proactive, and willing to continuously learn and improve
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Relevant certifications in beauty or skincare will be an advantage (not mandatory)
