Job Summary
Responsible for planning, managing, and supporting specific dealers to achieve yearly business targets and develop long-term market growth in machine and parts sales.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with supervisors to develop and finalize dealer yearly business plans aligned with company goals
- Provide weekly or as-needed reports on dealer activities and market conditions to inform strategic decisions
- Manage monthly orders and sales to meet or exceed business plan targets
- Track dealer business plan progress, including monthly orders, co-op activities, sales action plans, and stock reports
- Deliver sales support by providing product information, preparing CSM quotations, securing special production slots, and conducting customer visits
- Enhance dealer brand representation through improved coverage, promotions, and investments
- Plan and conduct dealer and customer visits to foster dealer development and address operational challenges
- Propose and implement initiatives to expand market presence and sales growth in the assigned region
- Optimize machine sales volume and market share while supporting product sales growth under supervisor guidance
- Analyze regional market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor competitors’ sales activities and strategies to inform yearly action plans
- Assess dealers’ business models and develop action plans to strengthen distribution resilience
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree education level
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders
- Cross-cultural sensitivity to operate effectively in a multicultural environment
- Business and financial acumen to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Willingness to travel as required for dealer and customer engagement
