Job Summary

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain construction machinery such as excavators and tractors to ensure operational efficiency and safety at job sites.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair construction machinery on job sites to restore functionality and minimize downtime
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery to extend equipment lifespan and ensure reliability
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace by adhering to high housekeeping standards
• Follow all safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently to complete assigned tasks
• Apply problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve machinery issues promptly
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven working experience in machinery repair and maintenance in a related field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possession of a Class 3 Singapore Driving License (with or without)

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain full sets of accounts, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
• Process payroll and prepare statutory submissions to comply with regulatory requirements
• Utilize QuickBooks (desktop or online) proficiently to record and track financial transactions
• Work independently to meet deadlines and deliver timely financial reports
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all accounting tasks

Required competencies and certifications

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (desktop or online)
