Job Summary

You will support daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, scanning, packing, and labelling beauty and personal care products in a clean, air-conditioned environment following SOPs and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack beauty and personal care products accurately using picking and packing lists to fulfill orders
• Operate handheld RDT scanners to scan items and verify product details during packing
• Handle, pack, and label products correctly to maintain quality and compliance with SOPs
• Assist with labelling and perform other warehouse tasks during low-peak periods to support smooth operations
• Follow standard operating procedures to maintain workplace cleanliness and ensure a safe working environment

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Customs Brokerage, Haulage, and Operations teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate charge processing
• Submit job charge sheets and billing reports on time for daily billing cycles
• Verify billing charges and promptly issue invoices to customers
• Generate invoices using Oracle JD Edwards Accounting System and update billing records in Keyfields system

Key Responsibilities
