Oversees steel structure projects from initial planning through fabrication and site installation
Manage budgets, timelines, safety protocols, and coordinate between clients, engineers, fabricators, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management
Typically 5 to 10+ years of project management experience in structural steelworks, covering both fabrication and field erection
Sound working knowledge of structural steel technical elements and construction contracts
Strong leadership, cost estimation, negotiation, and cross-functional team management capabilities
